Tim is a senior technology and contact center leader with a deep background in architecture, large-scale real-time system implementations, 24x7 global contact center IT operations, software development, AWS & Azure cloud platforms, software-as-a-service, security & privacy, web services, analytics, and internet-of-things. Prior roles include CIO at Apex Supply Chain Technologies; SVP, IT at Contec LLC; VP, Global Technology Services at Convergys Corporation, and President and CTO for American Computer Technology. Tim has a bachelor of science degree in computer science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s in business administration from the University of Chicago.

After making a home of Cincinnati for 35 years, Tim has heard the call of the West and recently located to the greater Denver area with his wife to be closer to their daughter and grandchildren. Tim has been spending his free time exploring his new community and the wealth of outdoor resources Colorado has to offer.
