Swati has more than 18 years of experience in Analytics, Strategic transformation & Program Management complemented by leadership positions in fast paced, international organizations including KPMG, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cognizant, and American Express. With a collaborative leadership style, Swati excels in coordinating and leading high-budget & cross-functional strategic programs with a focus on cost management, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and controlling project risks.

During her tenure with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Swati managed multiple transformation programs including implementation of Payment Integrity Office by consolidating 15 disparate projects with projected savings of $628M over 5 years. She also spearheaded an outsourcing project for medical claims audits generating annual financial impact of $3M.

Swati also has deep experience managing & training cross-functional teams that have included Project Managers, Programmers, Data Scientists, and Clinical Subject Matter Experts. She holds certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, CSM and PMP.

In her off-time, Swati likes to go hiking to Smoky Mountain National Park. She particularly enjoys ‘chasing the waterfalls’ along the Blue Ridge parkway and targets to explore all 100 waterfalls in that area. She also loves to spend her free time painting and experimenting with mixed media.
