I have had the opportunity more than once in my career to build tech teams from small numbers through rapid growth and transformation. I love the opportunity to build positive, inclusive cultures and to develop people. As a multi-decade woman in tech, I am proud to have become an advocate for the representation, inclusion, and advancement of women and other underrepresented people in the tech industry.

Julie resides in both Cincinnati, Ohio and the panhandle of Florida. She enjoys cycling, beach walks, traveling, and family.
